OUR VALUES

QUALITY

EXACTF is committed to maintaining an impeccable level of quality at all levels. To achieve this, EXACTF constantly seeks to improve the skills of its employees and the organization while maintaining the highest standards of knowledge necessary to accomplish its mission with excellence.

Respect

EXACTF embraces this value by treating every client, partner, and employee as a person of value, encouraging authentic and transparent communication, and projecting a positive image of the organization.

PROFESSIONALISM

Professionalism is a core value at EXACTF because it reflects an individual’s commitment to their profession, responsibilities, and our clients. Being professional involves not only possessing the necessary technical skills but also adopting an ethical, respectful, and proactive attitude.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Outsourcing and consulting are fields that, by their very nature, demand an extreme degree of confidentiality. Breaching this confidentiality irreparably and completely destroys trust. Aware of this reality, EXACTF is committed to always acting with discretion and never disclosing private and, therefore, confidential information without the consent of the client, partner, or employee, unless such information is used for supervision purposes or required by a recognized authority.
